Set up an Account Manager
This section will show you how to create a new Control Panel User that will be able to login as an Account Manager. If you want an existing User to act as an Account Manager please skip steps 2 and 3.
- In the Straightsell CMS, select Manage Users
- To add a new Account Manager, click Add New User
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk, then click Save
Next click View / Edit against the new Account Manager in Manage Users
Select Yes from the Account Manager menu option and click Save
On your Straightsell website enter the username and password of the Account Manager and click Login
You will now be logged in as an Account Manager, although you won't have any Buyer accounts assigned to your Account Manager as of yet. See the next section on how to do this.
Assign Buyers to an Account Manager
This section will show you how to manually add Buyers against an Account Manager.

Filtering Buyers
If you have a lot of Buyers assigned to your Account Managers, using the Filter option can help you locate Buyers quickly.
- Enter text in the Filter text box and the list of buyers will filter based on your entry
Add Account Manager Favourites
You can save products as an Account Manager just like you can as a Buyer. This may be useful as a means to bookmark products for your review later.
