This section will show you how to create a new Control Panel User that will be able to login as an Account Manager. If you want an existing User to act as an Account Manager please skip steps 2 and 3.
- In the Straightsell CMS, select Manage Users
- To add a new Account Manager, click Add New User
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk, then click Save Next click View / Edit against the new Account Manager in Manage Users
Select Yes from the Account Manager menu option and click Save
On your Straightsell website enter the username and password of the Account Manager and click Login
You will now be logged in as an Account Manager, although you won't have any Buyer accounts assigned to your Account Manager as of yet. See the next section on how to do this.

To assign an Account Manager:

- Click on Manage Buyers from the Straightsell CMS homepage.
- Search

- for the new buyer who was not yet been assigned an account manager and click View
- Click on the Account Manager tab
- Click Assign on the Account Manager(s) you want to assign

- to this buyer.
- The customer should then be visible in Account Manager Home on your website
- Repeat these steps for each Buyer account you want to assign to the Account Manager
- Log in as your Account Manager and select one of your Buyers from the Customer list.
- You will be logged in as the Buyer account you selected.
Filtering Buyers
If you have a lot of Buyers assigned to your Account Managers, using the Filter option can help you locate Buyers quickly.

- On a product's information page, select Add AM Favourite
- Next click Account Manager Favourites from the Account Manager menu.
- The products you have added will appear in a list format.
