Managing your Transactions

To view a list of your transactions:

• Go to your dashboard and click on Actions > View Transactions

• From here you can view all your credit card transactions sorted by date
• You can expand the date range to view older transactions on this page as well

Processing a Refund

To process a refund, click on the Transaction ID in the transaction list

• Click on Actions > Refund

• This will bring up an option to either process a Full Refund or process a Partial Refund

• Refunded transactions will also appear under Transactions > Refunds as well as Transactions > Purchases
