To login in to your Payment Gateway go to https://www.straightsell.com.au/site/pages/login.php and click on Gateway Login
Enter your email address and password and click Sign in to your account
Managing your Transactions
To view a list of your transactions:
- From your dashboard landing page, click on Transactions > Purchases
- From here you can view all your credit card transactions sorted by date
- You can expand the date range to view older transactions on this page as well:
Processing a Refund
To process a refund, click on the Transaction ID from the list of transactions
- Click on theĀ Gear IconĀ in the top right > Refund
- This will bring up an option to either process a Full Refund or process a Partial Refund
- Refunded transactions will now appear under Transactions > Refunds as well as Transactions > Purchases
Configure Transaction Report
To configure a transaction report:
- Go to Admin > Reports > Subscribers
- Click on Actions in the top right > New Subscriber
- Enter a Recipient Name & Email and select a Settlement Report, click on Add Subscriber

NOTE: If you have entered your password incorrectly, your account will be locked for 1 hour. You can immediately unlock your account by completing the 'Forgot Password?' link from the login screen.
