Web Orders shows you all the orders placed through the site. Successful orders for the previous week are shown by default.

        

View Successful Orders

Successful orders are listed sequentially by order number with the most recent orders at the top. An order placed by a logged in buyer has a link to their buyer details in the contact column. Find the order by altering the search fields at the top of the page.

  • Click Go to search based on the values entered in the fields.
  • Click View on a specific order.
  • Review the order, including payment details, delivery details, freight and products ordered.

View Unsuccessful Orders

Unsuccessful orders may be a result of a failed credit card payment, or when a user goes through to the payment page and then does not complete the payment.

  • Change the Order Status drop down box to Failed - No Payment Made.
  • Click Go to search.
  • Click View on a specific order.
  • Review the order, including payment details, delivery details, freight and products ordered.

View Payment History

If you want to view the history of payments made via different payment terms specifically, you can use Payment Reporting in the Ecommerce menu.

 

  • Go into Ecommerce – Payment Reporting.
  • Select a date range for payments.
  • Select the Payment term you wish to view a history of.
  • Select the Payment status of Successful Payment or Payment Declined.
  • Click Go to view the payments that meet the set criteria.
