If your accounting system cannot cater for all the website fields you want to use, you can export your product catalogue to a .csv file and update the item information for a given website field there.

Note: you should only update fields that are NOT set to update from your accounting system using this method.

Go to CloudLINK > Edit Products (Staging) in the CMS then click on the Export to Excel button

Click on OK on the next prompt and then select a download destination for cloudlink.csv

Open this file.

Find the column for the website field you want to update the data for (e.g. the Weight column) and entered the desired data

Once finished, save the file and close (do not change the file format from .csv).

Next, go to Administration > File Upload / Download > Upload tab in the CMS.

Select CloudLINK Catalogue File from the dropdown and then click on the Browse… button to attach the cloudlink.csv file.

Click on Upload to upload the file.

After a few moments, you can go to CloudLINK > Import / Publish Log in the CMS and you should be able to see the if your file upload has processed.

From here, you can either wait for the automatic item import and publish to publish these changes to the website (if enabled this will run every hour). Or you can trigger this yourself.

To do this, go to CloudLINK > Import / Publish in the CMS, check the box for Publish Items and then click Save.
