Login to your Payment Gateway

To login in to your Payment Gateway go to https://www.straightsell.com.au/site/pages/login.php and click on Gateway Login

  • Enter your email address and password and click Sign in to your account

Managing your Transactions

To view a list of your transactions:

  • From your dashboard landing page, click on Transactions > Purchases


  • From here you can view all your credit card transactions sorted by date
  • You can expand the date range to view older transactions on this page as well:

Processing a Refund

To process a refund, click on the Transaction ID from the list of transactions

  • Click on the Gear Icon in the top right > Refund

  • This will bring up an option to either process a Full Refund or process a Partial Refund


  • Refunded transactions will now appear under Transactions > Refunds as well as Transactions > Purchases

Configure a Daily Transaction Report to be Emailed

To configure a transaction report:

  • Go to Admin > Reports > Subscribers

  • Click on Actions in the top right > New Subscriber

  • Enter a Recipient Name & Email and select a Settlement Report, click on Add Subscriber
