Modifying a Username

If you want to re use a buyer username after it has been deleted you can follow these steps to modify the record of it to make it available again.

• Click on Manage Buyers from the Straightsell CMS.

• Type in the buyer you want to search for and change Status to Deleted and click Search.

• Once the account you want to modify has appeared click on View.

• Go to the Users tab and click View on the user that requires modification.

• Change the highlighted username to something that won't be used by someone else (e.g. deletedname12345) and click Save
  
  

  Open

  

• You can then re delete the record you just approved if you wish
