Supported Special Pricing for Attaché Classic/BI

Price Categories

Price categories are assigned against an item from the Options tab of the Product Maintenance screen (Masterfiles > Products > Products > Maintain)

The buyer is assigned a price category from the Other Details tab of the Customer Maintenance screen (Masterfiles > Customers > Customers > Maintain)

• Below we see item TV46 is assigned $285 for Price Category 2 (Dealer) and customer ABEL has been assigned Price Category 2:

Discount Categories

Discount categories are assigned against an item from the Options tab of the Product Maintenance screen (Masterfiles > Products > Products > Maintain)

The buyer is assigned a discount category from the Other Details tab of the Customer Maintenance screen (Masterfiles > Customers > Customers > Maintain)

• Below we see item TV46 is assigned 5% for Discount 3 and customer ABEL has been assigned Discount Category 3:

Discount Percentage

The buyer can be assigned a Discount Percentage to their Price Category from the Other Details tab of the Customer Maintenance screen (Masterfiles > Customers > Customers > Maintain)

Customer Special Pricing

The types of customer special pricing below are listed in their ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

• e.g. a customer specific and item specific special price will override a special price for any customer on any item

Customer Specific, Item Specific

The buyer can be assigned special pricing from the Customer Price Setup Screen (Masterfiles > Customers > Special Pricing > Maintain)

• Below we see customer ABEL is assigned a $100 price reduction to Price Category 2 if 1-5 of TV46 are purchased
• ABEL is also assigned a $200 price reduction to Price Category 2 if 6-10 of TV46 are purchased
