Changing the Bank Account for receipts
For our Starter, Small and Large business clients; where your bank has provided the Internet Merchant Facility, please contact your bank.
For our All-In-One customers, please provide support@straightsell.com.au with the following:
A copy of a bank statement in the last 90 days based on the business entity name for the new settlement bank account.
NOTE: If the bank statement is not of the same legal entity name, you may need to reapply for a new facility.
A signed and completed copy of the attached form.
