403 Forbidden | This error usually occurs when either trying to access a section of the website you dont have access to, or when submitting a form/ entering information that is flagged by our security. If you receive this error please lodge a support ticket with a screenshot of the details entered into the website. |
404 Not Found | This error occurs when the webpage you were trying to visit does not exist. It is recommended to verify the URL is correct. If you are sure that the webpage does exist then please lodge a support ticket in Straightsell. |
503 Service Unavailable | This error usually occurs when the web server is overloaded with website traffic. if the error continues then please lodge a support ticket in Straightsell so that we can investigate. |
504 Gateway Timeout | This error usually occurs occurs when the users internet connection cannot reach the server. it is recommended that you restart your browser, pc and or internet connection to resolve this issue. |
