Products not Displaying on website

If you have notice that there are missing products on the website check the CMS >> Ecommerce >> Product List (Live) and search for the missing product. If the product is not in the list, please run CatalogueLINK Upload or CloudLINK Import/Publish depending on your integration.


If the missing product is showing in the CMS, There may be a Product Association applied to the product that is causing the issue.

For example,

I have just added AIRFIL01 to my accounting system and uploaded it using CloudLINK, I can see the product displaying in the CMS but not on the website.

Since the product is set up correctly but not showing on the website correctly. Lets take a look at the Product Association file. You can view the file in CMS >> Administration >> File Upload/Download >> Download >> Data File.

Opening the file in Excel, I can see that AIRFIL01 has an association with AIRFIL00 (This could be because of an old product of the same name).

Checking the CMS shows that AIRFIL00 does not exist and may have been removed awhile ago.

When there is a Product Association where the Parent doesn't exist, It causes the Child products attached to that parent to not display on the website.

To resolve this issue, Simply remove the row in Excel that has the AIRFIL01 product association and reupload the file.

Note: Make sure to tick “Remove Old Records”. Keep a copy of the old Catalogue Association file as a backup.

Give the file a few minutes to process and then check the website. As you can see below, AIRFIL01 is now displaying on the website.
