Download All

  • CatalogueLINK Download will connect to the website and download any new customers, orders and payments.
  • Under any tab click Download.
  • Select Download All and click Continue.
  • Review the messages for errors.
  • You will find downloaded customers, orders and payments under each corresponding tab.

Download Customers

  • CatalogueLINK Download will connect to the website and download any new customers.
  • Under any tab click Download.
  • Select Download Customers and click Continue.
  • Review the messages for errors.
  • You will find downloaded customers under the Customers tab

Download Orders

  • CatalogueLINK Download will connect to the website and download any new orders.
  • Under any tab click Download.
  • Select Download Orders and click Continue.
  • Review the messages for errors.
  • You will find downloaded orders under the Orders tab

Download Payments

  • CatalogueLINK Download will connect to the website and download any new payments.
  • Under any tab click Download.
  • Select Download Payments and click Continue.
  • Review the messages for errors.
