CatalogueLINK for MYOB Exo (Setup and Configuration)
MYOB Exo Connection Requirements
The following is required to facilitate a connection between CatalogueLINK and MYOB Exo
Local or network access to the MYOB Exo SQL database
Client installation of MYOB Exo
Server account must have ODBC connectivity to the production Exo SQL database
CatalogueLINK Upload Connection Settings
The following information is mandatory for CatalogueLINK Upload connection configuration:
IMPORTANT: Please supply the information below to Straightsell in order to have CatalogueLINK Upload connected to MYOB Exo
SQL Server name e.g. ‘servername/instancename’
Live MYOB Exo database name
SQL account e.g. ‘sa’
SQL account password for above account
MYOB Exo client availability for remote login account
The following settings are configurable in Setup - MYOB Exo Business in CatalogueLINK Upload version 'CL 3.0.10.0 - EXO 3.0.16.0'

NOTE: To enable export of data to MYOB Exo have your MYOB Exo consultant add the Straightsell stored procedures to your EXO database (these will be supplied by a Straightsell representative)
Export Locations in MYOB Exo:
Orders - Sales > Create Supply Sales Order
Customers - Maintain Debtors
Payments - Sales > Create Supply Sales Order (click order to see payment)
