CatalogueLINK for MYOB AccountRight Classic (Setup and Configuration)
MYOB AccountRight Classic Connection Requirements
The following is required to facilitate a connection between CatalogueLINK and MYOB AccountRight Classic.
Access to a local installation of the MYOB AccountRight Classic
Access to a local installation of the MYOB ODBC driver software
Local or network access to an ODBC enabled MYOB data file

CatalogueLINK Upload Connection Settings
The following information is mandatory for CatalogueLINK Upload connection configuration:
IMPORTANT: Please supply the information below to Straightsell in order to have CatalogueLINK Upload connected to MYOB AccountRight Classic
Folder path to the MYOB AR executable (MYOB install folder)
Folder path to the MYOB AR company file
MYOB Username and password (admin rights)
MYOB client availability either local or on the terminal server account
The following settings are configurable in Setup - MYOB in CatalogueLINK Upload version 'CL 3.0.12.0 - MYOB 3.0.6.0'.

Account (debtor) code to use for test of order and payment export to MYOB AccountRight Classic
Payment Settings:
Account Number to be Credited (MYOB >> Lists >> Accounts)
Customer Settings:
Australian Tax Code (MYOB>>Lists >> Tax Codes)
International Tax Code (MYOB>>Lists >> Tax Codes)
Export Locations in MYOB AccountRight Classic:
Orders - MYOB ‘Command Centres’ menu item >> ‘Sales’ >> ‘Sales Register’
Customers - MYOB ‘Command Centres’ menu item >> ‘Card File’ >> ‘Cards List’
Payments - MYOB ‘Command Centres’ menu item >> ‘Banking’ >> ‘Find Transactions’. Filter by the account you have placed the payments against. (The “Payment Account Code” below…)
