CatalogueLINK for MYOB Advanced (Setup and Configuration)
MYOB Advanced Connection Requirements
The following is required to facilitate a connection between CatalogueLINK and MYOB Advanced
MYOB Advanced Login username and password
Ideally two separate logins for CL Upload and CL Download (so they can run concurrently). Accounts need to be added in MYOB Advanced with Role: Administrator and License Type: Sales & CRM User(API). See additional licensing note below
NOTE: Information concerning MYOB Advanced licensing:
CatalogueLINK can also be configured with separate MYOB Advanced Usernames (2 licenses) in Upload vs Download (ideal) OR
CatalogueLINK caters for configuring a single MYOB Advanced Username (1 license), and functionality to "pause" an Upload while a Download is in progress.
CatalogueLINK Upload Connection Settings
The following information is mandatory for CatalogueLINK Upload connection configuration:
IMPORTANT: Please supply the information below to Straightsell in order to have CatalogueLINK Upload connected to MYOB Advanced
MYOB Advanced Login Username
Password for above account
NOTE: Straightsell will create the required API and resulting Web Service URL.
