CatalogueLINK for JIWA Financials 7 (Setup and Configuration)
JIWA Connection Requirements
The following is required to facilitate a connection between CatalogueLINK and JIWA
Local or network access to the Jiwa Financials SQL Database
Client installation of JIWA Financials
Server account must have ODBC connectivity to the JIWA SQL database
CatalogueLINK Upload Connection Settings
The following information is mandatory for CatalogueLINK Upload connection configuration:
IMPORTANT: Please supply the information below to Straightsell in order to have CatalogueLINK Upload connected to JIWA
SQL Server name e.g. ‘servername/instancename’
Live JIWA database name
SQL account e.g. ‘sa’
SQL account password for above account
JIWA client availability for remote login account
The following settings are configurable in Setup - JIWA in CatalogueLINK Upload version 'CL 3.0.10.0 - JIWA 3.0.8.0'

Account number (debtor) code to use to test order and payment export to JIWA
JIWA application Username and Password
Payment Settings:
Bank Ledger (GL accounts: JIWA>>General Ledger>>Maintenance’)
Ledger Account (GL accounts: JIWA>>General Ledger>>Maintenance’)
Export Locations in JIWA:
Orders - ‘Order Entry’ (click ‘last’ for new orders)
Customers - ‘Debtor >> Maintenance >> Search’
Payments - 'Cashbook >> Receipts’
