- Open the Windows Task Manager.
- Select the Processes tab and click "show processes from all users" if available.
- Try to locate Download.exe in OR Orders Download in the Processes or Details tab and identify which Windows User is running the software,
- In this case it is Administrator. If the account is the one you are logged in as, try to locate the software in the Task bar or the System Tray.
- If you cannot locate the software, select Download.exe then click End Process.
- Try opening CatalogueLINK Download again.
