Cannot Open CatalogueLINK Download
If you cannot open CatalogueLINK Download try the below steps.
First check if the software is running in the System Tray, or ask other users of the software if they have it open. If you are still unable to open the software after doing so:
Task Manager
Open the Windows Task Manager.
Select the Processes tab and click "show processes from all users" if available.
Try to locate Download.exe OR Orders Download in the Processes or Details tab and identify which Windows User is running the software,
In this case it is Administrator. If the account is the one you are logged in as, try to locate the software in the Task bar or the System Tray.
If you cannot locate the software, select Download.exe then click End Process.
Try opening CatalogueLINK Download again.
Change Desktop User
There may also be a specific user that CatalogueLINK was setup for and will only work for that user. You can check which user you need by going to the CatalogueLINK folder (Default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\SEL\CatalogueLINK). Right click the CatalogueLINK folder and click “Properties”
From there click “Security” and “Advanced”
You can now see the Desktop User that needs to be signed in to use CatalogueLINK
