You may have PDF documents that you want customers to be able to view on a product page.
This can be useful if you have safety instructions or warranty information that are generic or specific to each product.
For example, the Homestead Bookcase on our demonstration website has a Product Information Sheet (PDF) link which opens a PDF document when clicked:
As is the case for Product Images, Product Documents are uploaded onto the website via the CMS.
Product Document file names must match the Product Code (including its case).
- For example, ItemCode.pdf for the first document, and additional documents with an underscore and ascending number (ItemCode_1.pdf, ItemCode_2.pdf up to ItemCode_3.pdf).
