Problem
CatalogueLINK Upload or Download will not open.
Solution
First check if the software is running in the System Tray, or ask other users of the software if they have it open. If you are still unable to open the software after doing so:
- Open the Windows Task Manager
- select the Processes tab and click "show processes from all users" or equivalent.
- Try to find Upload.exe, UploadAuto.exe or Download.exe in the Processes listing, and if it is find out which Windows User is running the software.
- If you still can not run the software, select it from the list and click End Process.
If the Upload.exe or UploadAuto.exe processes are terminated during an import and upload the website data may be out of sync, resulting in issues such as $0 pricing for some customers upon login.
Ensure a manual import and upload of all relevant data is performed immediately after ending the process to resolve this.
