Login to your Payment Gateway
To login in to your Payment Gateway go to https://www.straightsell.com.au/site/pages/login.php and click on Gateway Login
- Enter your email address and password and click Sign in to your account
Managing your Transactions
To view a list of your transactions:
- Go to your dashboard and click on Actions > View Transactions
- From here you can view all your credit card transactions sorted by date
- You can expand the date range to view older transactions on this page as well
Processing a Refund
To process a refund, click on the Transaction ID in the transaction list
- Click on Actions > Refund
- This will bring up an option to either process a Full Refund or process a Partial Refund
- Refunded transactions will also appear under Transacations > Refunds as well as Transactions > Purchases
