Price Scheme Maintenance
Price Scheme Maintenance is configured from SALES > CONFIGURATION > PRICE SCHEME MAINTENANCE > GENERAL tab.
- New price schemes can be created and the various sell prices are assigned from the Available tab into the Used tab
- The active Sell Price needs to be at the top of the list unless the Use the Cheapest Price is checked
- Price Scheme Sell Price 1 has been created which uses Sell Price 1 as the active Selling Price
Sell Price and RRP
The default Sell Price and RRP are assigned to the ITEM under INVENTORY > MAINTENANCE > MAIN
The Standard Price is assigned in CatalogueLINK Upload SETUP > Catalogue Fields as either Sell Price or RRP
- Buyer Home Computers is assigned the Default Price Scheme which has been set in CatalogueLINK to upload the RRP to the website ex GST
- A price of 278 ex GST is seen for item 11911
Selling Prices
Selling Prices are assigned to the ITEM under INVENTORY > MAINTENANCE > PRICES > SELLING PRICES
Selling Prices are assigned to the DEBTOR under DEBTORS > MAINTENANCE > FINANCIALS > PRICING
- From here Price Schemes for the Sell Prices can be created and assigned
- Item 11911 has been assigned four Selling Prices (P1-P4)
- These have to be lower than the default sell price, in this instance they have been set to be ex GST
- Buyer Brown's Computer Centre has been assigned P1 and sees a price of 225 ex GST on the website
- Buyer Arthur Creams Computer Store has been assigned P2 and sees a price of 200 ex GST on the website
Statement Discount on Invoices
Statement Discount on Invoices are applied from DEBTORS > FINANCIALS > GENERAL tab and apply to the buyers assigned Selling Price
- Buyer Home Computer has been assigned a value of 10 to their Statement Discount on Invoices
- This is applied to their P4 Selling Price and they see a price of 135 ex GST on the website for item 11911
- The value assigned applies a percentage discount to the Selling Price
