Image content for your Straightsell website can be divided into three types:

  • Website Template Images:
    These are images that will populate the non catalogue areas of the website like the header. You are requested to supply these images using the recommendations outlined below as a priority.

  • eCommerce (Catalogue) Images:
    These are images that will be assigned to products and categories.

  • Media Images
    These are images that can be assigned to news or blog articles.

Website Template Images:

Company Logo Image:

This is the first image you need to supply us and will be used regardless of your template choice in areas including the Logo Style Template (if chosen), the mobile version of any of our templates and order confirmation emails.

All of our Public Demonstration Website Use:

  • 430px Width 100px Height

Image Acceptability Criteria:

  • Minimum Width: 430px
  • Minimum Height: Any

Image Acceptability Criteria:

  • Minimum Width: 1800px (Ensure that the active area is 1200px centred)
  • Minimum Height: Any

Website Areas:

    • 300px (left hand sidebar)
Email and Mobile Logo:

Note: This can generally created from the Company Logo Image.

  • Width: Avoid exceeding 500px
  • Height: Avoid exceeding 300px

Social Media and Mobile Image / Favicon:

This is the image shown if your website is shared on social media (eg LinkedIn or Facebook) or saved to the Home Screen of a mobile device. 

  • Large Image must be 200 x 200px
  • Smaller Image must be 32 x 32px

eCommerce (Catalogue) Images:

Please review the recommendations below concerning product and category images. Note that uploading of images that do not meet the recommendation will result in a sub par visual appearance.

Product Images:

It is recommended that you upload product images that are square in orientation and ideally are 800px Width 800px Height or larger. Note that all page images are created automatically, see below:

Product Details Page Main Images (automatically sized) View Page:

  • 330px Width 330px Height

Product List Page Thumbnails (automatically sized):

  • List and Gallery Style - 250px Width 250px Height
  • Line Style - 50px Width 50px Height
Category Images:

It is recommended that you upload category images that are square in orientation. See sizing below:

Brand Images:

  • 260px Width 130px Height

Image Acceptability Criteria:

  • Minimum Width: 260px (3 per row layout), 410px (2 per row layout), 187px (4 per row layout)
