CatalogueLINK - Requirements

CatalogueLINK is an application that must be installed on a server in your environment (this can be a cloud server) where connection to the accounting system is possible. This is an important consideration as the application facilitates communication between your accounting system and your Straightsell website. Therefore please review BOTH of the articles below.

This page link below will detail the server and system requirements relevant to the installation of the CatalogueLINK application software. It is important that you review this and the accounting system requirements prior to deciding on a server / computer.

CatalogueLINK needs to be able to connect and interact with the accounting package for the purpose of importing (CatalogueLINK Upload) and exporting (CatalogueLINK Download) data. As this is the case there are also some accounting system specific requirements that need to be met on the server / computer that you consider installing CatalogueLINK to.

Remote access will allow us to connect to to your chosen server / computer or PC to perform initial setup and configuration and to provide you with ongoing technical support.
