Changing a Sender Name for Emails

This article will detail how to change the name that appears for customers when receiving an order confirmation email.

In Ecommerce settings, change Order Confirmation Email Address to “desired name <email@emailaddress.com.au>”.

This will adjust the sender name a customer sees when receiving an order confirmation email.

The same function can be applied to the Contact Us Email Address in the Company Information tab:
