Cannot Open CatalogueLINK Upload
Problem
CatalogueLINK Upload or Upload Automation will not open.
Solution
First check if the software is running in the System Tray, or ask other users of the software if they have it open. If you are still unable to open the software after doing so:
- Open the Windows Task Manager.
- Select the Processes tab and click "show processes from all users" if available.
- Try to locate Upload.exe or UploadAuto.exe in the Processes tab and identify which Windows User is running the software, In this case it is Administrator. If the account is the one you are logged in as, try to locate the software in the Task bar or the System Tray.
- If you cannot locate the software, select Upload.exe or UploadAuto.exe then click End Process.
- Try opening CatalogueLINK Upload or starting the Scheduled Task for CatalogueLINK Upload Automation again.
If the Upload.exe or UploadAuto.exe processes are terminated during an import and upload and you are running CatalogueLINK Upload version 3.0.7.0 or older, the website data may be out of sync resulting in issues such as $0 pricing for some customers upon login.
Ensure a manual import and upload of all relevant data is performed immediately after ending the process to resolve this.
