Troubleshoot CatalogueLINK Upload Automation

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot Upload Automation:

  • Confirm you can open CatalogueLINK Upload and perform a Import and Upload manually.
  • If that works, close CatalogueLINK Upload as it will prevent automation from running if it is open.
  • Check that the Scheduled Task is enabled and is able to run under the user you are as logged in as only.
    • Minimise all desktop windows and right click and select Run on the automation task to see if it runs. 
  • The scheduled task must be configured as per this article
  • Go into the CatalogueLINK log folder and sort the files by "Date Modified".
    • Open the "*_AUTO_PROCESSLOG.txt" files in CatalogueLINK's log directory and review the most recent entries of the file to see what CatalogueLINK is reporting.
  • If you see "Automation could not run because CatalogueLINK (GUI mode) was already running" it is because CatalogueLINK is already open and must be closed
