This Username is Already in Use

Buyers you have added to the Straightsell Control Panel are able to be deleted from Ecommerce > Manage Buyers

Occasionally you may see the error This Username is Already in Use, or similar, when you are trying to add new buyer users or upload buyers via Buyer File.

• If you are sure that no active buyer has the username you are trying to add in, it is likely that a deleted buyer user is currently assigned that username
