Buyer not Visible to Account Managers

Account Manager Addon

For customers who are utilising the Account Manager Login addon, it is tailored for Account Managers or Sales Representatives that currently place orders on behalf of customers.

With the Straightsell Account Manger Login, an account manager or sales representative can review all aspects of their customer's products, product pricing and place orders instantly, saving time and money.

However, new buyers are not automatically assigned an Account Manager upon being approved as a buyer.

The selected Account Manager(s) must be manually assigned via the Straightsell CMS.

Assigning an Account Manager

To assign an Account Manager:

• Click on Manage Buyers from the Straightsell CMS homepage.
• Search for the new buyer who was not yet been assigned an account manager and click View
  

• Click on the Account Manager tab
• Click Assign on the Account Manager(s) you want to assign to this buyer.
• The customer should then be visible in Account Manager Home on your website
