Catalogue Management via File
The catalogue file is used by customers that have an unintegrated website and is used to manage the website inventory.
Catalogue File Management
An example Catalogue Item File with the above information can be viewed here. Once open, use the highlighted icon in the image below to download and open file in Excel.
You can download a copy of your existing Catalogue Item File from the CMS under Ecommerce > Catalogue Versions.
Click Create File next to the specified version of the catalogue to generate a file then click the New File Created link to download it.
Open your Catalogue Item File in Microsoft Excel and fill in the Catalogue Item File’s fields with relevant information
Fields highlighted in grey shading with bold text in the table below are mandatory fields and must contain data
HTML can be used for the ProductDescription and SpecialInstructions fields if required. Keep field text all on one line (or one cell in Microsoft Excel) and do not use carriage returns or it will cause issues with the upload. Instead, use the <br> tag to add line breaks
Catalogue File Fields
