Product Images

Product Images are incredibly important. Without them a customer is not going to have a visual cue of what a product is, and the listing will appear incomplete. Product Images should be cropped to be 1:1 in width by height, with the recommended minimum size being 800 x 800 pixel at 72 DPI. During the upload of images, a smaller 300 x 300 pixel thumbnail will be created for you automatically.

This thumbnail is displayed to the customer when they are browsing Product Categories, with the main image displayed when they view a Product Page. You can have more than one Product Image associated with a product, as can be seen on the Armen Recliner page of our demonstration website.

Open

Product Images are uploaded onto the website via the Content Management System (CMS). Product Image file names must match the Product Code (including its case).

• For example ItemCode.jpg for the first image, and additional images with an underscore and ascending number, for example ItemCode_1.jpg, ItemCode_2.jpg and so on.
