Catalogue Versions & Edit Products
Catalogue Versions
You can access this section of the Content Management System (CMS) from Ecommerce > Catalogue Versions.
From here you can manage the active catalogue, create new catalogue versions and download your catalogue to a file.
Integrated Only
Upon uploading a new version of the catalogue via CatalogueLINK, it will become the active catalogue.
- Each catalogue is assigned a unique version number and a time and date of upload.
- If you have made a mistake on your current catalogue you can roll back to a previous version by clicking Make Default on any previous version
Note: We recommend using Create New Catalogue Version when uploading via CatalogueLINK for this reason
- The catalogues will appear in chronological order, except the active catalogue which appears at the top
Non-integrated Only
To create a new catalogue version click Add New Catalogue Version
- A blank catalogue will be added, but will not be set to active
- You can manually edit this version by clicking View and then adding products - see Creating a Product
- You can also upload a new catalogue via Administration > File Upload/Download
Downloading your Catalogue
Next to the catalogue version you want to download, click on Create File
- Once the file has been generated an icon is displayed against that catalogue with the time and date of creation
- Click on the icon to save the file to your computer, you can open this file in Excel
